What is different at Kings Bay Base
TRICARE For Life is excellent, and it depends on Part B
For a military retiree, keeping Part B at 65 is what turns TRICARE into TRICARE For Life behind Medicare. Declining Part B to save the premium generally breaks that arrangement, and the late penalty for fixing it later is permanent. Most Kings Bay appointments end with us recommending no purchase at all — just a date in the diary and Part B in place.
