Eight calculators that actually calculate
Not lead-capture forms with a number on the end. Each one runs the published rule, shows you the arithmetic it used, and prints the whole table underneath so you can check it. No email address, no account, nothing stored.

Published rules, shown working
Every calculator here follows the same three rules. It uses the rule as published rather than a rule of thumb. It shows every intermediate figure, so you can see where the answer came from and argue with it. And it names the premiums and brackets it used, with the plan year attached, because those change every autumn.
They are estimates for planning. An estimate from published rules, not an eligibility determination — confirm your own figures with Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE or Medicare.gov.

Questions about these tools
No. Nothing on these pages is gated, nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere. The arithmetic runs in your own browser, and the page works with JavaScript switched off — every calculator prints the full rule table underneath it.
Every premium, bracket and percentage here is a labelled sample for the 2026 plan year on a demonstration site, and each calculator lists the ones it used. Medicare and the Marketplace publish the real figures each autumn, and they change every year.

Our help costs you nothing. We are paid by the carrier you choose, and your premium is the same whether you enrol with us or on your own.
Got a number you do not like?
A calculator can tell you what a rule costs. It cannot tell you whether an appeal would work, or which plan fits the doctors you already see. That part is a conversation, and it is free.
