SwiftTrack term life and final expense

Some households need cover in place this week, not after a paramedical visit in a fortnight. SwiftTrack is our name for the accelerated route through the carriers we represent.

In plain words

Fast, when fast is honest

Accelerated underwriting replaces the nurse visit with database checks — prescription history, motor records, and a health questionnaire. For applicants in good health it can turn a three-week process into an afternoon, at a price close to fully underwritten cover.

It is not free money. If your history is complicated, the fast route can price worse than the slow one, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than push the application that closes quickest.

  • No paramedical exam for most healthy applicants under the carrier's age and amount limits
  • A same-day decision on many applications, and cover that starts on approval
  • Final expense options for smaller amounts, where the questions are simpler still
  • A plain warning when the traditional route would price you better

What we handle

What the fast route covers

A couple sits at a table managing domestic finances, evaluating documents and using a smartphone.

Term, 10 to 30 years

Level premium cover for a mortgage, an income gap or a pair of childhoods.

Final expense

Smaller permanent cover written for funeral and settlement costs.

Simplified questions

A health questionnaire instead of a nurse visit, where the carrier allows it.

Same-day decisions

Approved, referred or declined — usually while the application is still open.

Questions

What people ask us about this

Not usually for healthy applicants. Where it costs more, it is because the carrier is pricing the unknown it chose not to examine — and that is exactly when the traditional route is worth the extra fortnight.

Prescription history, recent hospital treatment, a high amount of cover, or an age above the carrier's fast-track limit. None of those are the end of the application.

Yes, and a decline is recorded. That is one reason we discuss your health history before choosing which carrier sees the application.
