The county hospital is not necessarily the nearest one
From Estill, Hardeeville is about as close as Varnville and Savannah is not much further. That flexibility is only real if the plan's network reaches the hospitals you would actually choose. A Hampton-filed plan is built around Hampton first, and the Jasper County and Georgia options have to be checked individually rather than assumed.
